A momentous local election count at Stoneleigh today has left Labour floundering in Third place in the newly formed Warwick & Leamington constituency.

There is a currently a discussion taking place into the possibility of the Post Office coming back to Milverton and being located in the District Council offices, at Riverside House on Milverton Hill, in a remodelled reception area. The District Council appear to be keen to explore this idea, the local MP, has also had talks with Post Office Ltd.

Cllr Robert Cunliffe is campaigning to make Christchurch Gardens safe. The opportunity for vandalism, graffiti and anti-social behaviour is of immediate concern. Overgrown trees render the gardens uninviting especially as daylight fades.
